In 2023 we called many of you and asked how we could do better. Since then, we've turned that feedback into a strategic plan, a succession plan, and a team with clear roles. This short video is the result. Pull up a chair and meet the people behind Covepilot 2.0.

How we got here

2023: We audited ourselves and listened to our investors.


2024 to 2025: We turned that feedback into a strategic plan, one two-hour conversation at a time.


2026: A new season with a unified team, defined roles, and a business built to last beyond any one of us.
